At Silverthemes.com we recognize that privacy is very important. Our Privacy policy applies to all of the products and services offered and we NEVER share or sell any information submitted to us. We are the exact same kind of people as you and so your privacy is as sacred as ours. We only save the very basic customerdata. All creditcard-information is typed in directly at the creditcard-processor in SSL secured pages. If you have any questions about our Privacy policy, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Information about your creditcard payment
Silverthemes.com use BBS and Elavon for all its creditcard-payments. BBS and Elavon are some of the largest companies in this field and working with them assure both you as a customer and us with the best possible safety and functionality available in the marked. All products are sold in USD and we will not charge your card until the product(s) has been dispatched from us. If you have any question about the creditcard-payment contact us at any time and we'll be glad to help you.

Refund

Since Silverthemes.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after purchase of individual software-products, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site. However, we of course offer refund for products that for some reason should contain serious errors that makes the products useless.

Licenses

Single domain license
This is the most common used license. When you buy a template or an extension with a Single domain license you can use the product on one single domain where only one single ecommerce store is installed.
Multi domain license
The Multi-domain license gives you permission to use the product on as many domains as you want to, but only for one single client. For example, you are allowed to use the product on for example joeys-fish.com, joeys-fish.fr, joeys-fish.de and joeys-fishing-stuff.com, but not allowed to re-sell the theme to anyone. We offer great Partner-contracts for companies who wants to use our products for their clients.
General information
For both the Single domain license and the Multi-domain license you are allowed to modify and change as much as you'd like in the code, but you are not under ANY circumstances allowed to re-sell or re-distribute the product in any way, even after it has been modified. Although we are very reasonable people we will not accept violations of the license-agreements as we spend quite many hours developing our products. Glad you agree :-)
