Yes! All our templates use the translations from Magento in all its displayed texts, so whatever translation you install in your Magento-installation that will be used in the template as well. The translation is saved in the app/locale-folder, which is not part of the template. We also provide the layered PSD with the special buttons so that you simply can translate them to your local language.

Although we dont give any guarantee on browser-compatibility, all our themes are tested thoroughly in all major browsers like:

Microsoft did a really bad job when developing IE6. We have tried to make all our products work as best possible in IE6, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a 100% pixel-perfect result. If you however encounter any critical issues with one of our products using IE6 please let us know.

Sure! 100% for free! But hey, we give you a $25 discount if you do NOT remove the text, so why would you remove it. And yep, we travel around on our customers' sites now and then and verify that the text is correct according to the purchase. The bad people get no updates. All your rest get free lifetime-updates.

All our widgets is a complete package including everything you need for your Magento-store to look exactly like the widgets on our demo-stores . This includes .swf files and a customizable xml file that lets you customize your own size, text, colors and size.

All our widgets developed in Adobe Flex and are therefore Flash-based, so the only requirement is that the browser supports Flash. All the widgets can be configured to display an alternative text or image if the customer doenst have a Flash-compatible browser.

Our widgets currently only support western character-sets (Europe/US). If you dont take a no for a no and still want to use our widgets with any non-western languages (Chinese, Arabic, etc) please let us know and we'll put you on the list of customers wanting this. If we get enough customers who wants this we'll consider developing support for it.

Make sure your Internet Explorer-version dont have any extra Toolbar-software that block Flash. Also try to clear the cache in the browser. Remember that you can have an alternative text in the Static block where the widget is controlled, like an image or any other alternative text.

Inside the included config.xml file you need to set the "navbar_y_height_deduct" value to 1000 instead of 40.

Yes we do. However, if you want us to design a completely new Magento-template and your budget is $500 then we have to say no. We're pretty busy people and can only say yes to professional clients who has a certain budget to work with ($1500+). Our current hour-rate is $70 for both Magento-design and Magento-programming. Below you'll find some scenarios which might help you decide whether you'll use us or not.

Scenario 1: I have have purchased one of your templates or widgets and want some customization to it.
Changing the color-scheme, modifying the header and footer, and maybe moving some elements around would normally take a few hours. We charge a minimum of 5 hours so we recommend filling up at least that amount of time.

Scenario 2: I have a store running OsCommerce (or whatever) and want a complete new Magento-template. Will you ruin me?
Maybe. Well, most likely not. However, a complete re-design of your current site to a Magento-template will cost a few bucks. We normally spend between 25-50 hours to make a completely new Magento design. You do the math. Please note that we make the design to work with the current version of Magento. Updates needed to the template is charged by the time spent.
