In this document you will find all necessary instructions on how to install, use and customize your brand new Magento template to fit your store’s needs.

• If your operating system doesnt already have it integrated, you will need a ZIP-tool to unzip your goods. We recommend WinRAR or WinZIP.

• To transfer your template over to your Magento-installation you'll need an FTP-tool (or SCP if you're too cool for FTP). We recommend WinSCP, SmartFTP or Total Commander.

• And last, some basic computer knowledge is always good to have, although installing our templates is far from brain-science.

• First, open up the ZIP-file and transfer all the folders directly to your Magento installation.

• Log in to your Magento Admin-area and go to ”System” → ”Configuration” → “Design”, and fill in the fields according to the screenshot below. Remember to type in the name of the theme in lowercase characters where it says 'YOUR_THEME' in the screenshot ('megastore' for the Megastore-theme, 'proclean' for the ProClean theme, etc).

• Go to “SilverFramework” → “License and About”, and type in the serial number you was provided with after purchase (located under “your account”). Note that without the license number added you will see a notification warning on all pages right above the main horisontal menu.

• Remember to refresh your Magento cache. Navigate to System → Cache Management. Click on the “Select All” link in the upper left corner and then select Refresh in the Actions dropdown menu. Then hit Submit.

• Log out and back in again to your Magento admin panel!

• Your theme is now ready for use! You can now make customizations and add extra functionality to the theme by going to the SilverFramework menu in the top bar. • So how do I change the logo? Below the “Themes” menu you'll find “Header”. Here, change the logo from images/logo.gif to images/logo.png, and make sure you always save your logo in PNG format (preferrably transparent).
